Parental Involvement
We encourage parental involvement by allowing one parent to volunteer during each session. This not only helps ensure the safety and comfort of the kids but also fosters a supportive community atmosphere.
Small Group Sessions
To provide personalized attention and maximize safety, each session is limited to a maximum of 5 kids. This small group setting allows for individualized coaching and a more effective training experience.
Age Range
Our strength training program is designed for kids aged 11 to 14 years old. This age-specific approach ensures that the exercises are suitable and beneficial for their developmental stage.
Available Time Slots
Tuesday Morning
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday Afternoon
Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Saturday Afternoon
Time: 12:300 PM - 1:30 PM
Training Package
Each package consists of 20 one-hour sessions, priced at $25 per session. This includes personalized coaching, use of the gym facilities, and the benefits of small group training.
